Have many Gmail addresses from one Gmail account

Gmail Are you aware that Gmail does not recognize dots (or periods) in your Gmail user name? And, also that you Gmail user name is case-insensitive? How can you use these features to show several email addresses from just one Gmail account? Or, can you use these features to write your Gmail address in such a way that it becomes easy to remember?

Gmail does not recognize DOTs or PERIODs:

Since Gmail does not recognize dots or periods in your user name, you can easily use this feature to show several email addresses from the same Gmail account. How? Suppose your Gmail address is james.c.henson@gmail.com, you can also write this Gmail address as under:

jameschenson@gmail.com

jam.es.c.hen.son@gmail.com

jam.eschen.son@gmail.com

j.a.m.e.s.c.h.e.n.s.o.n@gmail.com

And, there can be many more similar combinations. All these Gmail addresses will point to the same email address for the simple reason that Gmail does not recognize a DOT or a PERIOD in your user name. Therefore, whenever Gmail notices a DOT in your user name, it will ignore that. Due to this reason, you can put any number of DOTs or PERIODs in your Gmail address as you like; and also wherever you want to put these DOTs in your user name, you can do it. All email sent at these addresses will safely land in your Gmail address.

Gmail is NOT case-sensitive:

Moreover, since Gmail is NOT case-sensitive, i.e., it is case-insensitive, you can show your username in Gmail by any combination of small or capital letters. For example, if your email address in Gmail is james.c.henson@gmail.com, as shown above, then all the following email addresses will point to the same Gmail address:

James.C.Henson@gmail.com

jAmEs.C.hEnSoN@gmail.com

JAMES.C.HENSON@gmail.com

You can form similar other combinations too.

Combining the above two features:

You can take advantage of the above two features together and can show your Gmail address differently to different people, if you so wish, or else show your Gmail address in a form that people can remember easily. Using the above two features together, you can put DOTs anywhere in your username for Gmail and likewise you can use any combination of small or capital letters in your Gmail address; and you can easily combine these two features. Look at the following addresses which all point to the same Gmail address (and of course, many more similar combinations are possible):

james.c.henson@gmail.com

JamesCHenson@gmail.com

James.C.Henson@gmail.com

JAMES.C.HENSON@gmail.com

J.Ames.Chen.Son@gmail.com

It is up to your imagination as to how to make use of these features of Gmail for presenting your Gmail address in the form that you like or in different forms to different people. Rest assured, all such Gmail addresses will point to your own Gmail account.
