Opera browser 10.10 version includes Opera Unite that is a browser based web server. It allows you to directly share your files from your computer, or stream music, show photo galleries, host chat sessions, or even host your own website directly from your browser and on your own computer. There is no need to upload your content to any third party web server since you can share the content directly from your computer. Moreover, Opera browser (with Opera Unite) is absolutely free and simple to use and does not need any technical expertise to install.
What you need is just the latest Opera browser that has Opera Unite included in it (for example, Opera version 10.10), and a free Opera account. Download Opera’s latest version from opera.com. You can run Opera Unite on all operating systems supported by the Opera browser, including Windows, Unix, and Mac.
